Question About Epson All in One Printer WF-3540
Just bought a floor model and the ink in it needs ...

Just bought a floor model and the ink in it needs to be replaced. However when I open up the machine to get to the cartridge it stays locked in the dock and does not move so I can free it. I'm not sure why or what to do. I did buy the protection proformance plan. Any ideas??? Thanks
