It printed one page and stopped printing. The page came out perfectly. It then displayed the message paper jam. I looked but there is no paper inside. i have checked everywhere. Could the sensor be broken. It is a relatively new printer. I pressed the ok button and fed a sheet of paper into the machine. it went straight through but it still says it is jammed. Any ideas.. I can't use my printer or fax until it is resolved.
