printing photos...

i cant figure out why i am getting pictures coming out with colors missing and mostly purple on photo. i did all the nozzle tests ect

0 I had an error while attempting to print tax forms stating that I needed my printer at 300x300 dpi...I printed these forms b4 with no problem. Any ideas?
