Question About Epson All in One Printer CX4200
running Windows 7, printer will not print, so can ...

running Windows 7, printer will not print, so can only assume out of ink, but do not get the little popup window that used to tell us which cartridge is low. How can we tell which cartridge needs replacing?

0 I read manual & notice instructions to check print head nozzles(did that);& ck ink levels using control panel(tried that & cannot find ink levels anywhere). Also see Note about using the on-screen User's Guide. Can't seem to find that either.
