when I want to parint, it says paper jam. WHEN i WANT TO SCAN, IT SAYS CANNOT PROPERLY COMMUNNICATE WITH SCANNER. WHAT MUST I DO? I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE SO FAR, IT'S NO HELP.
