when i press print the yellow led on & then i hear the printer want to print but it can't pull the paper from the casset or from MP ... then printer stops & red led on .. & no response .. that is in every time i want to print ... also the same when i print test pages ( self test ) the same happened .. i do not know what i do ... plz help .. thanks alot .
