Question About Epson Printer None
Epson Artsisian 800-faxing receiving and black bar covering 1" of page in copying and only...

1) since power failure-fax portion does not answer anymore. Don't have manual and don't know how to reset. It lights up and dings but doesn't pick up and 2) printing is fine but copying produces a 1" black stribe going own vertically on page obstructing a portion of all for entire page.
