5 You can't just open it up and try to put it in if that's what you're doing. You have to use the on screen to put it in that mode. On the WorkForce 310 Series LCD display screen, press the Copy button, press Menu, press up arrow or down arrow to select Maintenance, and press OK. Then select Ink Cartridge Replacement and press OK.
