I am very frusterated, I just replaces the ink car...

I am very frusterated, I just replaces the ink cartriges in my printer and its giving me a genral error and to check manual ! I dont have my manual I try to download it says doesnt recongize my camera ??? I have been working on this problem for over a week can you help me ? PLEASE
