Installed Epson WF-7620. Cannot figure out how to ...

Installed Epson WF-7620. Cannot figure out how to print duplex (2-side). The prints I get are quite "washed out" compared to my old laser printer. Using standard 20 and 60lb paper. Should I use a semi-coated paper?....Also, see to way to ctivate the scanner and copier. Thanks, F. Busby Concord, CA
