My ink levels are all ok (just changed the cyan and magenta). But now when I print, it only prints "some" of the black text - not all of it. On another page I tried, it printed only the picture (cyan and magenta and yellow) but NONE of the text. I checked the margins and printer setup and all is ok. Black cartridge is full. Even restored all printer settings back to original. Help!!

5 It sounds as though the black ink is clogged; you may need to remove it and clean the little metal heads on the cartridge. Use a tissue or similar soft cloth, and you can shake the cartridge gently. If it still doesn't work, try a new cartridge if possible. If the new one doesn't work either, then it's a problem with the printer itself. Depending on its age, it could just be wear and tear on the machine. Also, depending on the printer model, you may be able to run a self cleaning on the ink cartridges. I would suggest looking at your printer settings on the computer for that option, or consult the users manual.
