My printer won´t print, probably because it´s out of ink. When I push the button to move the cartridge to change it it stops where I can only change the blue ink. I want to change the black ink. Since I don´t have my manual - normally I can find one online, I´m not even sure if I´m doing it correctly. Yes, there´s a drawing of how to change the cartridge but that doesn´t seem to work. Is there a manual? A troubleshooting guide, perhaps?
