Question About Epson Printer None
Printer model workforce 645, jambed when printing ...

Printer model workforce 645, jambed when printing color on two sides (3 times). Cleaned out paper, now seems to feed smoothly, however: misses horizontal lines when printing (blk or color). Could not be corrected by realignment or cleaning of print head nozzles. What do I do now ? Thanks for your answer.
