product key...

lost forgot password so i tookit 2 get opened and they did but 1month later i lost windows and now it want a product key i have entered them but it says wrong key help please

0 Your product key should be located on a sticker attached to the underside of the computer. Write this key down a put it in a safe place for future use should the tag get lost or removed.
