Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder P-45C
Clogging of shredder rollers...

Instead of falling out of the shredder, paper seems to accumulate between the cutters on the roller bar - even when the basket has just been emptied. Is this a common problem to this shredder? Can it be fixed?
