Fellowes DM17Cs won't draw paper to be shredded more than about 5-6 inches at a time. We have to shut off the machine and turn it back on again to get it to shred another 5-6 inches and keep doing that until the paper is shredded. Do you know why it won't continue to shred the whole page without stopping. this happens when any number of pages are shredded.
