Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder S70-2
Fellowes S70-2 Paper Shredder...

It works but makes a loader noise than I remember, there is nothing caught in the teeth, they are not bent, and the basket is empty. My friend says it is supposed to be oiled with paper shredder oil that you put on a sheet of paper. I do not see this in the manual. Should I do this, suggestions, etc.
