0 There are two photo sensors, one sender and a reciever on the bottom side of the shredder. Clean with alcohol and wipe out the area between the sender and reciever. I cleaned the sender and reciever several times only to have the light and stoppage reoccour. Clean the are between the sensors is also very important!!
