Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder C-320C
Our office has the C-320C shredder. It was making...

Our office has the C-320C shredder. It was making some squeaking noises so I put some of the lubricating oil into the cutter section. Now the machine runs constantly without shutting off. We have to unplug it. Our manual doesn't address this under "troubleshooting". Can you help us? It isn't jammed, the bin is not full.
