I empyted the basket & replaced it. then put oil in it like I always do , then tried to shred a sheet of paper, now the red light comes on & and shows too many sheets and will not shred, seems like it is jamed, tried everything, but will not run! I don't use it that often, maybe once a week, I have only had it may be 8 months, and has always worked perfectly, need help! Joan
