The shredder button only moves to the right (which causes the blades to spin counter clock-wise) while when moving it to the left (which causes the blades to spin clock-wise) nothing happens anymore. I believe the neutral position is when the shredder is turned off. Please advise. I have the Fellowes P400C-2 Shredder. Thank you.
