Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder DS-14Ci
trouble turning it on...

whenever the power goes out, I can't get my shredder to work. The light turns on when you pull the basket out but that's it. This has happened before but I eventually got it to work. Not sure how. Just pushing buttons, unplugging, etc. Ive tried that and still can't get it to work.
