Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder T7CM
troubleshoot electrical after jam removed...

Had a jam, took apart far enough to remove stuck paper but won't activate after reassemble. All wires are connected and nothing looks fried. How to trouble shoot with voltmeter to find the problem?
