Unit's mechanism begins to rotate as soon as you apply power (by pushing switch to ON). Cleaning the LED and sensor does not help. Would replacing the LED & sensor pair do the trick? And what is the part number involved? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cy
