The shredder will not feed the paper into the machine far enough to activate the blades. There is no jam. I push the down button and blades run but paper wont feed. Tried up and down and eventually it will feed but after a long time of trying. The paper get perferated but does not cut it.. in the bin.. just perferates the paper.. Cd part works fine.
