Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder PS-67Cs
will not turn on...

Have cleaned out shredder, replaced it back into the bin and only the red light stays on. No forward or reverse action. When it was working fine , as soon as i replaced it back into the bin after emptying,it would let you know that it was working with a small whine and then the green light would come on. But now nothing. Please help
