Question About Fellowes Paper Shredder PS-12Cs
won't run...

The shredder jammed. I was able to remove the paper. I turned the power off for 30 min, then back on. The light comes on, but it won't start in manual or auto. The tray is completely in. What do I do now. It is a PS-12C
