Question About Fujitsu Scanner FI-5650C
FJTWAIN Code DS42005...

We have used this scanner for almost 3 years. Now when trying to scan a document, this message appears: "It is about time to replace the consumable. Please replace Pick Roller in the paper feeder if the feeding capability is deteriorated. Please refer to the Operator's Guid for details on replacement. (Code DS42005). What do we need to do?

5 Click on start menu - programme files - scanner utility for microsoft windows - software operation panel - device setting - reset the consumable roller counters to zero. Job done

5 I just went into control panel, scanners, properties of scanner and reset brake and pick up roller counts, this was done as administrator
