My flat panel display won't stay on! Its goes to a...

My flat panel display won't stay on! Its goes to a black screen after the power is turned on. And when it boots up the screen comes on and goes off! The LED is blue so its getting power! I have a Dell monitor the same exact size that works fine when connected! So guide me in a new direction to find a solution.
