My Gateway MT6711 will not tutn on. ACDC adapter checked and putting out the correct voltage to unit. With the adapter plugged in and computer off no lights indicating charging are on - usually a blue light in front of computer. When I push the on button the battery light also on the front of computer - red button comes on but doesn't stay on. HELP.
