Question About Gateway Laptop NV53
connecting NV53 to HDMI LCD tv...

I tried to connect laptop to tv to stream net flix and Hulu. tried HDMI cable and the v one..they both hooked up but it didn't transfer to the tv. No picture on the tv. How do I correct this?

0 wow...this is old, but if you never figured it out... 1. make sure the HDMI on the TV is an INPUT. 2. On our TV, you have to change the 'TV Input' to the correct port (the one your HDMI is on). 3. I always leave the laptop closed when I plug the HDMI in, then I change the TV input. Should pop up your computer screen for ya!
