how to restore to factory settings without a disk...

need to know how to restore to factory settings, this was my parents old computer model number (MT6711) but i do not have a restore disk, wondering if i could just do it from the computer i tried restore computer but only has till yesterday's date on it so it wont let me do that, so where can i go to restore computer to when it was first bought
