I am so frustrated with this computer with no dire...

I am so frustrated with this computer with no directions I am ready to return it to the store . How dare you sell something this complicated with no direction's . I try to get a manual to come up and nothing works. I can not find even facebook it keep's saying it is not available at this time try again later.
