I HAVE A GATEWAY NE56R49U. IT HAS WIRELESS PROBLEMS. THE WIRELESS LED INDICATOR LIGHTS UP ORANGE INSTEAD OF BLUE. IT SAYS IT HAS A WIRELESS CONNECTION AND I TRIED IT ON A DIFFERENT WI-FI WITH THE SAME RESULTS. WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT? THANKS PHILLIP
