I recently got the Gateway NV52L15U Laptop and the Wi-Fi has been working fine. Yesterday when I got on the computer it would not let me connect saying I need to "Turn on wireless capability." When I go to the wireless settings the option to turn on the connection is in flat gray. There is no Wireless function key outside of airplane mode. There is no switch on the computer either. I contacted technical support twice which didn't help at all. How can I fix this? Please help! Thank you
