When I use one of the USB plugs my laptop powers off and will not turn on. This happened once before and it cost me $80.00 for a guy to reset the computer. It took him about 10 minutes and he would not tell me what he did. All he said was he had to reset it. Does anyone know what he reset? I have looked in the manual but could not find anything. Thanks for your help.
