My Gateway EG70 is dead no lead light no power i w...

My Gateway EG70 is dead no lead light no power i when to work leaving it on and when i came back home i notice it was off, from then it never turn on i even buy a new power cord because i thought that was the problem but nothing works... what is the issue?

0 Gateway laptop eg70 stopped takei.g charge while i was usi.g it. Battery just turned 2 year old. Is this somewhat normal for this type of batt?
