Question About Gateway Laptop None
No sound or Wireless connection...

My Laptop will play any sounds. Nor would will it allow me to access the internet. I was told that I needed to download a ethernet card or some kind of software for the wireless Adapter in my pc. What should I do? Thank you for your time.
