Question About Gateway Laptop M505
RGB hookup to HDTV...

I bought the appropriate cables, video and sound, to play my M 505 through my HDTV, but nothing happens. Is there a certain setting on my laptop that's needs adjusting for it to recognize this desired transmission? Thanks
