Question About Gateway Personal Computer DX4200-09
have gateway DX4200-09 tower home PC came home to ...

have gateway DX4200-09 tower home PC came home to blank monitor screen. computer and monitor are running, Gateway power like is slowly illuminating, then fading do dim, then slowly illuminating, over and over. have tried turning both computer and monitor off (twice), get same result on power-on.
