I bought 1.7 mil laminate instead of 3 mil that I have been previously using in the EZ Load 27..never had any trouble until now. I pushed the nap 2 heating button for the lower heat, but when I try to laminate something the rollers don't roll and the film melts to each other. Is there anything different that I should do to use the thinner laminate?? Checked the threading & it is correctly installed.
