I have a gbc pinnacle 27 roll laminator and the warrenty just ran out,the problem is it will not heat up.I was told it might be a fuse,can I change the fuse my seif or do I have to pay someone to do it?I called and they said it 500 just to look at it!!!!!

0 I have the Manuel, that's not what I asked the power on the back comes on but the panel light doesn't come on,so the laminator doesn't heat up or turn on.
