I have a gbc pinnacle 27 roll laminator and the warranty just ran out,the problem is it will not heat up,the power button on back lights up but the panel doesn't turn on with the button.I was told it might be a fuse,can I change the fuse my self or do I have to pay someone to do it?I called and they said it 500 just to look at it!!!!!
