Question About GBC Laminator H310
Not heating up...

The laminator is not heating up. The inside is still red, but when I turn the knob it looks like the lights go off and come back on quickly. Never had any problems before today. Green light never comes on and tried running an item through it but it wasn't hot enough to seal it. Thanks!
