What does Er1 mean Threaded a folder through as instructed by instructions on internet when reloading new film, but didn't come out the back of laminator? where is it and how do I retrieve it

0 Still can't find where the folder that I fed into the laminator went? Machine won't do anything . Still says Er1

0 found it, wrapped around the bottom heat roller, but won't move
