One of our Elite 26N's has been having an "inking" problem for at least three weeks now (it happens off and on) but replacing the cartridge didn’t fix it. In addition, the quality of type on each page varies from dark/light. We have not been able to locate a repair place in Western MA or Northern CT. So far, the only option would be to package up the printer and ship it directly to GCC for repair, which makes me a little wary.
