Question About Genicom Printer None
Genicom 3880S error codes...

Hi, I have a Genicom 3880S printer which shows an error code of '28 No CU Signal' after it has been switched ON for approx. 10 mins. Has anyone got information on this printers error codes or what this particular code represents? Thanks Fredr

5 This is a "status" message on a printer equipped with IBM Twinax or Coax interface. It indicates it does not detect the host computer being connected. If printer is NOT using IBM interface, it can be disabled, thereby eliminating this message. Contact our tech support @ 814 898-0704 Dennis
