The printer doesn't recognize page size. When the top of form is set it starts printing down an inch from where it was set. Each consecutive page starts farther down on the page. Also, the print is erratic, printing darker and lighter (like stripes) on the page. The ribbon was just changed so that's not the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
