The display on our printer says self-test and we c...

The display on our printer says self-test and we cannot get passed this error. We have turned off the printer but every time it turns on nothing happens and the display says self-test. Any ideas?

0 Open the printer cover and at the top left of the keypad there is a slide switch. It may be that this switch is in the wrong position.
