Question About Genicom Printer None
the powere was shut off here at work for testing a...

the powere was shut off here at work for testing and the printers were re-set. The printer is not printing with it's normal font and is not printing "big" on the paper. Usually we would send a small bill to the printer and then that would reset the printer. Is there an other way to fix this issue? Thanks
